About me
My name is Piotr, and for nearly two decades I’ve been living and working in London. In my work as a mindfulness coach and psychotherapist, I help people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties to build happier and more meaningful lives for themselves and the people they care about.

Mindfulness
I began my journey with mindfulness over 20 years ago. After years of practice and exploration, I incorporated mindfulness into my work as a therapist. I have recognised UK mindfulness teacher and supervisor qualifications and am accredited with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA). My experience offers unique insight into applying mindfulness in the context of emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as sport.

Psychotherapy
As a qualified integrative and CBT psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience, I have worked with clients within the NHS, private sector, Priory Hospital in North London, and private practice. I’m registered as a psychotherapist with BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). My work has seen me working with clients affected by addictions, depression, trauma, and different anxiety presentations, helping them live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Sport

I used to successfully compete on national and international levels in Karate and have an in-depth understanding of various issues impacting life and performance of an athlete, including but not limited to:
Performance anxiety
Coping with and recovering psychologically from injury
Life/training balance
Anger management
Maintaining a high level of motivation
Regulating emotion
Substance-related issues (ex. alcohol, painkillers)
Life transitions-moving to the higher level, retirement from competitive sport
